MemDex is a technology platform and is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction. The platform does not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, or fiduciary services. Nothing on this website or within the platform constitutes investment advice or an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or financial instrument.

Risk Disclosure

All performance data displayed on this platform, including but not limited to portfolio returns, total value, trade counts, and benchmark comparisons, represents historical backtesting simulation results only. These are hypothetical results generated by applying the MemDex algorithm retroactively to historical price data from January 1, 2020 through August 31, 2025.

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below:

• No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
• Hypothetical trading does not involve actual financial risk and cannot account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading.

Identity Verification and Compliance

The platform may implement identity verification (KYC) and transaction monitoring (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable laws. Users may be required to complete identity verification as a condition of access.

$MEMDEX Community Token

$MEMDEX is a community-driven token. The platform has no control over $MEMDEX token holdings, price, or marketing. The platform provides infrastructure; governance and community activities are independent. The algorithm may include $MEMDEX as an eligible asset — allocation is determined purely by algorithmic results, not platform decisions.

Transaction fees fund a buyback-and-burn mechanism that operates independently of the algorithmic portfolio. The buyback mechanism is not a guarantee of token value.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MountainTop Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
